About the Role
Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics is hiring a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist for its Deer Park office. Hygienists are supported by Dental Assistants who help with assessments, medical and dental histories, X-rays, and iTero scans, giving you more support throughout the patient visit. The role includes guaranteed hours based on a mutually agreed schedule, hands-on mentorship, advanced hygiene technology, and earning potential of $114,000-$180,000+ annually.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care
- Review assessments, medical and dental histories, X-rays, and iTero scans completed with Dental Assistant support
- Use periodontal readings to determine appropriate periodontal therapy
- Educate patients on their oral health and recommended care
- Use Overjet AI and hygiene laser technology to support patient education and treatment
- Collaborate with the doctor and Dental Assistant team to provide comprehensive patient care
What You'll Bring
Required
- Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene Program
- Active Texas RDH license
