About the Role
Part-time Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist, $200,000 to $300,000 a year, 2 to 3 days a week. Leap Kids Dental is hiring in Springfield, MO and welcoming candidates from the greater Kansas City area who are open to a supplemental or transitional schedule about 2.5 hours south. This is a mentorship-driven office built for a dentist who wants steady pediatric patient flow without a full 5-day week.
What You'll Do
- Deliver preventive and restorative dental care to children and teens
- Create a calm, positive visit for young patients and their families
- Work alongside an established clinical support team
- Access provider-led mentorship as part of a growing pediatric practice
What You'll Bring
Required
- DDS or DMD from a U.S.-accredited dental school
- Active Missouri dental license, or ability to obtain one
- Active federal DEA registration, or ability to obtain one
Preferred
- New graduates and experienced pediatric or general dentists both welcome
- Comfort building rapport quickly with children
