About the Role
Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist, $300,000 to $450,000 a year, 4-day schedule, sign-on bonus included. Leap Kids Dental is growing its Northeast Arkansas team, based in Paragould and easily reachable from Jonesboro, about 20 minutes away. You'll step into a mentorship-driven practice with full clinical and non-clinical support, built for a dentist who wants to focus on kids, not overhead.
What You'll Do
- Provide preventive and restorative care to children and adolescent patients
- Build lasting trust with young patients and their families
- Partner with an experienced support team to keep the day running smoothly
- Take part in provider-led mentorship and continuing education
What You'll Bring
Required
- DDS or DMD from a U.S.-accredited dental school
- Active Arkansas dental license, or ability to obtain one
- Active federal DEA registration, or ability to obtain one
Preferred
- New graduates and experienced dentists both welcome
- Genuine interest in pediatric or family dentistry
