About the Role
We are a modern, busy, established dental practice in Falls Church, Virginia, serving the Northern Virginia community since 2009. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate General Dentist for a long-term position.
This is an excellent opportunity for a productive dentist looking for an established patient base, consistent patient flow, excellent earning potential, and a desirable weekday schedule.
Compensation & Schedule
* 30% of production
* No lab fees or supply fees deducted
* Estimated earning potential: $300,000–$400,000+ annually
* 4–5 weekdays per week
* No weekends
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry to an established patient base
- Focus on patient care, diagnosis, treatment planning, and production
- Work with an experienced clinical and administrative team
