About the Role

You’ll begin as our Patient Concierge, learning the complete patient journey and creating an exceptional experience from the first phone call through treatment.
Each day offers a dynamic blend of patient communication, scheduling, treatment planning, team collaboration and practice operations. As you master our systems and culture, you’ll grow into the Office Manager role—leading our team, improving systems and helping shape the future of a unique, holistic practice focused on achieving great sleep without CPAP, surgery or drugs.
What You'll Do
- Create an exceptional experience for every patient from the first phone call through ongoing care
- Coordinate new patient intake and maintain an organized schedule
- Collaborate closely with the clinical and administrative teams
- Learn the practice's services, systems, standards and perfomance goals
- As you advance to office management, responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching, accountability, supporting payroll, developing and maintaining systems, helping recruit, onboard and retain exceptional team members
What You'll Bring
Required
- You are an experienced dental or medical office leader who brings positive energy, professionalism and a genuine commitment to creating an exceptional patient experience.
- You have at least five years of dental or medical office-management experience
- Knowledge of insurance, billing, collections, payroll and office operations
- Strong organization, accountability and attention to detail
- Maturity and the willingness to be hands-on and support the team wherever needed
- A desire to grow professionally and build a long-term future with the practice
- Preferably lives within 10 miles of Lake Nona
