🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Clinical Product Expertise
Develop deep knowledge of EOCA and EOCA Lab’s orthodontic and restorative devices, including:
• TMD appliances
• Orthodontic retention systems
• Crown & bridge solutions
• PEEK bio-compatible materials
• Atlas™ and Infinity™ appliance systems
• Clinician Support
Provide high quality customer interaction:
• Answer product queries from dentists and orthodontists
• Guide clinicians through device selection and usage
• Support staff training and on boarding for EOCA products
• Device Design Collaboration
Learn and assist in digital design workflows for Atlas™ and Infinity™ appliances.
(Full training provided; CAD/CAM experience preferred.)
• Trade Show Representation
Attend regional and national dental conferences to represent EOCA:
• Speak confidently with clinicians
• Demonstrate devices
• Support product education and brand visibility
• Operational Support
Assist with EOCA product logistics, including:
• Stock movement
• Inventory coordination
• Support for EOCA’s orthodontic accessory line (Munchies®, QwikStrips®, and related products)
• Minor Adjustment Work
Occasionally perform small appliance adjustments (non bench focused; minimal lab work).
🧬 Candidate Profile
• 10+ years’ experience as a dental technician or dental laboratory professional
• Strong understanding of orthodontic appliances, retention systems, and restorative workflows
• Confident communicator with clinicians and clinical staff
• Comfortable learning new digital design systems
• Professional, reliable, and ready to start quickly
• Lives in or near Pinellas Park / Tampa Bay, Florida
• Enjoys a varied, hybrid role with both technical and interpersonal components
