We are growing and looking for an experienced, highly organized Dental Business Team Member who loves helping patients and keeping a busy dental practice running smoothly. Dr. Sarah Flanagan and Dr. Dwayne Albritton and their team are passionate about providing an exceptional patient experience, and we are looking for someone who shares that same commitment. WHAT YOU'LL DO: In this role, you will be an important part of both the patient experience and the daily success of the practice. Scheduling and managing both doctor and hygiene appointments Reviewing treatment plans, financial arrangements, and insurance estimates with patients Helping patients understand recommended treatment and confidently move forward with care Maintaining an organized and productive schedule Communicating with patients regarding appointments, treatment, and follow-up needs Working closely with the clinical and business teams to keep the day running efficiently Providing a welcoming, professional experience from the first phone call through treatment completion WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 2-3 years of Experience in a dental office setting Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial information with patients Experienced with doctor and hygiene scheduling (Eaglesoft is a plus) Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with patients Positive, team-oriented, and willing to jump in wherever needed Comfortable learning and using modern dental technology
