Dental Hygienist (Patient First Approach) Job Posting

What We’re Looking For We’re searching for someone who is: Thorough and confident clinically Patient-focused and personable Strong at communication and education Organized and detail-oriented Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Interested in building trust and long-term relationships with patients Our ideal candidate understands that a great hygiene appointment is about more than just cleaning teeth — it’s about helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for. Experience & Skills Preferred qualifications include: Digital radiography proficiency Periodontal charting and documentation experience Comfort discussing treatment recommendations and oral-systemic health Experience with Dentrix Strong clinical note-taking and communication skills Experience with iTero scanning, cosmetic dentistry, or sleep-related dentistry is a plus, but not required.
