About the Role
Dental Hygienist, $70,000 to $95,000 a year plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus, Monday through Thursday with one Friday morning a month. Inman Dental Associates is in Inman, SC 29349, about 20 minutes northwest of downtown Spartanburg, so this full-time role is an easy commute from most of the Spartanburg area.
The practice runs single-chair hygiene and cares a lot about continuity. You'll see the same patients over the years and get to know their histories, working closely with the dentist, assistants and administrative team on a predictable four-day week. It's a good fit for a hygienist who wants to build long-term relationships with patients and a steady routine close to home.
What You'll Do
- Provide preventive hygiene care tailored to each patient
- Coach patients on home care and oral health between visits
- Take diagnostic-quality radiographs
- Document care thoroughly and accurately
- Maintain sterilization and infection-control standards
- Work with the team to keep appointments running on time
What You'll Bring
Required
- Active South Carolina Dental Hygiene license
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to take diagnostic-quality radiographs
- Ability to meet background-screening requirements
Preferred
- Strong patient education skills
- Experience working alongside clinical and administrative teams
