About the Role
General Dentist, 32% of collections with a $1,100 daily guarantee, on a four-day Monday through Thursday schedule. Saluda Dental Group is in Saluda, SC 29138, about 40 miles west of Columbia, and this sole-provider role is a manageable commute from Lexington, Irmo and the west side of the Columbia metro.
You'll be the practice's only dentist, leading clinical care with an experienced team already in place. The office is fully digital and chartless, reports a collection rate above 98 percent, and doesn't deduct lab fees from your compensation. It's a strong fit for a dentist who wants to practice independently and own patient care in one office.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry to the practice’s patient base
- Diagnose conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Lead clinical care as the practice’s sole dentist
- Build trust with patients through clear treatment communication
- Work with the clinical and administrative team to maintain an efficient schedule
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
What You'll Bring
Required
- DDS or DMD
- Active South Carolina dental license
- Ability to practice independently as the sole provider
