We are an established, patient-focused private dental practice seeking an experienced Patient Treatment & Financial Coordinator for a front-office-oriented position. Belmont, MA | Part-Time | $30–$35/hour The ideal candidate is personable, organized, professional, and experienced in dental insurance, treatment coordination, and patient financial communication. Schedule & Benefits $30–$35/hour, based on experience 27–32 hours per week Monday–Thursday, 3–4 days

What You'll Do

  • Welcome patients and provide exceptional front-office service
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule
  • Present and coordinate patient treatment plans and financial arrangements
  • Verify insurance benefits and prepare treatment estimates
  • Submit and follow up on insurance claims
  • Collect payments and assist with patient accounts
  • Communicate professionally with patients, doctors, and the clinical team

What You'll Bring

Required

  • Dental front-office and/or insurance experience
  • Strong knowledge of dental insurance and PPO plans
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Professional, friendly, and comfortable discussing treatment and finances
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
