About the Role
We are an established, patient-focused private dental practice seeking an experienced Patient Treatment & Financial Coordinator for a front-office-oriented position.
Belmont, MA | Full-Time & Part-Time | $30–$35/hour
The ideal candidate is personable, organized, professional, and experienced in dental insurance, treatment coordination, and patient financial communication.
Schedule & Benefits
$30–$40/hour, based on experience
27–32 hours per week
Monday–Thursday, 3–4 days

What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and provide exceptional front-office service
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule
- Present and coordinate patient treatment plans and financial arrangements
- Verify insurance benefits and prepare treatment estimates
- Submit and follow up on insurance claims
- Collect payments and assist with patient accounts
- Communicate professionally with patients, doctors, and the clinical team
What You'll Bring
Required
- Dental front-office and/or insurance experience
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance and PPO plans
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professional, friendly, and comfortable discussing treatment and finances
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
- 5-10 years or dental office management experience required
