Job Description

About the Role

Join a small, privately owned dental practice where you’ll work directly with the dentist, get to know your patients, and have a voice in how the office runs. At Advanced DDS of Dallas, we focus on personalized care and a welcoming, low-stress experience. We’re looking for a hands-on Office Manager to take ownership of the front office—from greeting patients and managing the schedule to handling insurance and billing. If you enjoy variety, staying organized, and being someone your team can count on, we’d love to meet you.

About the Practice

Advanced DDS of Dallas is a private, patient-focused dental practice dedicated to providing high-quality, advanced dental care in a welcoming and professional environment. We specialize in comprehensive treatments, combining implants with removable. As a private office, we intentionally prioritize quality over volume. We believe great dentistry starts with taking the time to truly get to know our patients, understand their concerns, and deliver care that is personalized—not rushed. Our patients value trust, education, and long-term relationships, and we take pride in creating an experience where they feel heard, comfortable, and confident in their treatment. Our team is committed to clinical excellence, clear communication, and continuous growth. We hold ourselves to high standards and work collaboratively to ensure every patient receives thoughtful, precise, and ethical care. If you are passionate about advanced dentistry, value meaningful patient relationships, and want to be part of a practice that emphasizes professionalism, quality, and integrity, Advanced DDS of Dallas is a place where you can grow and make a real impact.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome patients, answer calls, and manage check-in and check-out so each patient has a smooth, friendly experience.
  • Manage the daily schedule in CareStack, confirm appointments, fill cancellations, and coordinate with the clinical team.
  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits, submit preauthorizations, and explain estimated coverage and patient costs.
  • Submit dental claims with supporting records and X-rays, follow up on unpaid or denied claims, and resolve billing issues.
  • Collect payments, post insurance payments, review outstanding balances, and discuss payment options with patients.
  • Coordinate daily office operations, and follow up on unscheduled treatment and overdue recall appointments.
