Maternity Leave coverage on Wednesdays from 10/7-2/3 Job Posting

We are looking for a dental hygienist to cover a maternity leave from 10/7 - 2/3. We are looking for Wednesday coverage from 9-5 patient time. We are a very busy practice, with possibilities to add Mondays as well if the schedule allows, along with provider availability.
