What You'll Do
- Perform routine cleanings, Scaling and Root Planing (SRPs), and thorough oral cancer screenings with precision and a gentle touch.
- Educate and empower patients on their oral health, preventive care, and the long-term benefits of our treatment options.
- Partner closely with our doctors and dedicated support team to co-diagnose and maintain absolute continuity of care.
- Help make each visit a comfortable, anxiety-free, and positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
- Maintain the highest rigorous standards of cleanliness, sterilization, and infection control across your operatory.
What You'll Bring
Required
- An Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License in the state of California
- An excellent communicator who naturally builds trust, rapport, and long-term relationships with patients
- Passionate about patient-centered care and general wellness
- Eager to work in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical setting
