Three Leaf Orthodontics has a wonderful reputation for quality care, with offices in Waxhaw and SouthPark (South Charlotte), and we are soon to open a beautiful new facility in Monroe. We’re a fun, enthusiastic team who treat fantastic orthodontic patients of all ages and are blessed with amazing families whom we love getting to know! We’re searching for a full time TREATMENT COORDINATOR to serve our patient-centered, customer service-focused, brand-new orthodontic office in MONROE. The ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, have an outgoing and friendly personality, a positive attitude, be a team player, meticulous, efficient, and have a desire to always put patients first. Being bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus. A knowledge of insurance is desired, however, full training for this role will be provided. Our state-of-the-art office is located in Monroe, off H74, opposite Target. There are great transport links to the rest of Union Co., South Charlotte and beyond.

The use of the shamrock as a symbol dates all the way back to the time of St. Patrick, when he is said to have used the three leaves to represent the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, while explaining the Holy Trinity. Others see the shamrock now, more broadly, symbolizing faith, hope and love. When I set about creating the office of my dreams, I had two criteria: it had to be filled with genuine kindness and, it had to have a patient centered culture, buzzing with the spirit of family and friendship. My role as an orthodontist blesses me with treating children and adults of all ages. Our patients quickly become friends, and members of our extended family.
