We're a newly opened practice in Uptown looking for a hygienist who takes real pride in patient care - not just someone to fill a chair. You'll have full clinical autonomy, modern equipment, and a team that actually wants you to grow here, not just clock in. What you'll do Perform thorough hygiene visits for patients of all ages Review medical histories and dental charts to build personalized care plans Take digital X-rays, apply fluoride treatments, and prep patients for exams Educate patients on oral hygiene in a way that actually sticks Keep accurate records in Open Dental, with full HIPAA compliance Maintain sterilization and infection control to the highest standard Work closely with the dentist and team on treatment planning, and case acceptance What you bring Active LDH licensure and current CPR certification Solid chairside experience and comfort with dental software (Open Dental, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix) Sharp knowledge of infection control and HIPAA standards A warm, clear communication style with patients of all ages Someone who wants to be part of building a practice's culture, not just joining one already set in stone If you're a hygienist who wants more say in how patient care is done - and a practice that's still being shaped - let's talk.
