About the Role
Dental Hygienist – Full-Time
Gentle Touch Smiles | Wilmington, DE
Schedule: Monday through Thursday (745am-5pm) Hour Lunch.
Bonus Amount 10k-15k

Gentle Touch Smiles is looking for a Full-Time Dental Hygienist to join our established pediatric dental practice in Wilmington, Delaware.

What You'll Do
- What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive preventive dental hygiene care for pediatric patients Perform cleanings, assessments, fluoride treatments, and other hygiene services as appropriate Educate patients and parents on oral health and preventive care Build positive relationships with children and families Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with doctors, assistants, and the dental team Follow all clinical, safety, and infection-control standards Qualifications Active Delaware Dental Hygienist license CPR certification as required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working with children Patient-focused and compassionate approach Ability to work effectively as part of a team Previous pediatric experience is a plus Why Join Gentle Touch Smiles?
