Our practice provides patients with a seamless, comprehensive experience. You will work alongside a multi-disciplinary clinical team offering:
• General, Restorative & Cosmetic Dentistry
• Endodontics
• Oral Surgery (including Implant Placement)
• Orthodontics (Invisalign®)
⚡ A Day in Our Practice
We run a highly efficient schedule optimized to ensure patient comfort and prevent team burnout. On a typical day, you will be working alongside a fully synchronized 21-member team consisting of:
• 3 Restorative & Cosmetic Dentists
• 3 Registered Dental Hygienists
• 6 Dedicated Dental Assistants
• 1 Focused Hygiene / Sterilization Assistant
• 5 Admin Team Members managing scheduling, billing, and treatment coordination

What You'll Do
- Chariside with all doctors all procedures
- Build patient relationships
- Support other team members
- Always be willing to help and willing to learn
- Take digital xrays and digital impression scans
- fabricate temporary crowns
What You'll Bring
Required
- • Active RDA Certificate: Must hold a valid Registered Dental Assistant licensure in the state of Texas.
- • Experience Level: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced dental practice
- • Technical Proficiency: Must be highly proficient with X-rays, digital impression scanners, and the fabrication of high-quality temporaries.
- • Professional Work Ethic: Must be exceptionally reliable, punctual, and dedicated to maintaining our schedule integrity.
- • Drug Screening: Must be willing to take and pass drug screening
Preferred
- N02 certified
- ortho experience
