Advanced, patient-centered dentistry: You'll work alongside clinicians offering comprehensive dentistry, clear aligners, airway-focused care, and innovative treatments. Compensation is negotiable for experienced dental Operations Managers. What Your Day Looks Like You'll be the welcoming face and voice of our practice, helping patients feel comfortable and cared for from their first phone call through the completion of treatment. You enjoy helping people, remain steady under pressure, welcome coaching without defensiveness, and take responsibility for your own reactions. You recognize that frustrations are inevitable, but believe in processing emotions thoughtfully rather than projecting them onto others. You communicate concerns directly and respectfully, approach conflicts with curiosity rather than judgment, and can balance compassion with healthy boundaries and accountability. You don't need to be perfect. You do need to be self-aware, growth-oriented, reliable, and genuinely committed to helping your team succeed. Schedule: Full-time, in person Location: Park Slope / Boerum Hill, Brooklyn, NY Pay: $25–$27/hour to start; negotiable for experienced dental Operations Managers. Ready to Grow With Us?
