We are a PRIVATE PRACTICE with a single location. - Clean, modern & many boutique touches throughout a guest's visit. Team of 8 RDA's - Close-knit, welcoming and highly supportive. - Culture of strong hospitality (we go the extra mile for our patients) - Diverse personalities but sharing a common BIG HEART (gentle & personal with the kids) - Team lead is an excellent trainer (new hires up to speed quickly) Responsibilities - High touch customer service - Review health histories - Obtaining radiographs - Dental cleanings - Assist dental procedures - Note-taking - Phone services as needed - Instrument sterilization & processing - Housekeeping chores & office maintenance Expectations - Be attentive, cheerful, helpful - Become essential to the team - Be ready to learn - Be punctual (we start at 8 and finish by 5) - Be ready to have fun & connect with amazing people
