Verifying insurance benefits, assisting with claims, and processing payments.
Maintaining accurate, organized patient records and handling confidential information in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
Coordinating referrals, patient intake, and follow-up appointments.
Supporting daily office operations, including correspondence, data entry, supply ordering, and maintaining a welcoming reception area.
Communicating with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Who we are looking for
Our ideal candidate brings dental office experience, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of ownership. You should feel comfortable balancing a busy schedule with the personal attention each patient deserves.

The ability to prioritize, multitask, and follow through reliably.
Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
Why join our practice?
You will play a meaningful role in a well-established specialty practice where quality, professionalism, and patient relationships guide our work. If you enjoy helping people and want to bring your skills to a team that takes pride in exceptional care, we would love to hear from you.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5 pm
To apply, please submit your résumé and a brief introduction describing your dental office experience and interest in the position.
