What You'll Do
- Greet patients and manage check-in and check-out
- Verify insurance benefits and keep patient information up to date
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and send confirmations
- Coordinate with the clinical team to keep the schedule running smoothly
- Organization and cleanliness of the patient-facing office
