Qualifications: • Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) registration • Experience in pediatric dentistry preferred • Orthodontic experience, including Phase I orthodontic treatment • Experience assisting with sedation procedures • Nitrous oxide monitoring certification • Coronal polishing certificate • Current CPR/BLS certification • Excellent communication and patient management skills • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • A positive attitude and strong team-player mentality What We're Looking For: Someone who genuinely enjoys working with children, and understands the importance of patient comfort and safety, and takes pride in delivering outstanding clinical care.
