Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Maintain organized records and files, both physical and electronic. Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning. Utilize Google Workspace for document management and collaboration. Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed. Requirements Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is preferred. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in data entry and calendar management. Familiarity with Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation. Ability to communicate effectively in both English and another language is a plus (bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply). Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
