About the Role
FYI Dental Staffing is recruiting an Associate Dentist for a General Dentistry practice in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.
Founded by a Registered Dental Hygienist, FYI Dental Staffing brings firsthand clinical experience and a personal approach to the hiring process. Dentists currently in the area and those open to relocating are welcome to apply.
Schedule: A flexible four-day workweek, Monday through Friday. Specific days and hours will be discussed during the hiring process.
Compensation: A daily base of $800–$1,000 or 35–40% adjusted production. Specific compensation terms and benefits will be discussed for this opportunity.

What You'll Do
- Provide general dentistry for patients of all ages
- Diagnose, treatment-plan, and deliver high-quality care
- Work closely with hygienists, assistants, and front desk
- Build lasting relationships with patients and the practice team
What You'll Bring
Required
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active New Jersey dental license, or ability to obtain the required license before starting.
- Strong clinical skills and a calm, professional chairside manner
- Team player who communicates clearly with patients and staff
