About the Role
Parthenon Dental is a modern private practice in San Ramon where hygiene is a cornerstone, not an afterthought. You'll have the time, tools, and trust to practice real preventive and periodontal care — with a doctor who backs your perio diagnoses.
We love to have fun!! We’d love you to know how to scan with the itero Lumina. We can teach you as we do lots of Invisalign.
We work 1-2 Mondays a month but no requirement to work. Our typical week runs Tuesday through Friday.

What You'll Do
- Prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance with full perio charting
- Take and interpret digital X-rays and intraoral photos; screen for oral pathology
- Deliver anesthesia where licensed; place Arestin/antimicrobials per protocol
- Educate and motivate patients on home care; partner with the doctor on recare and treatment acceptance
- Keep immaculate clinical notes in Dentrix and maintain sterilization standards
- Scanning with iTero
- Take Pano/CT scans
What You'll Bring
Required
- Active California RDH license
Preferred
- 2+ years clinical experience
- local anesthesia permit
- laser certification
- Warm chairsiding manner with high perio standards
