About the Role
We are a busy, patient-focused dental practice committed to providing exceptional care in a clean, safe, and organized environment. We are seeking a dedicated Sterilization Technician to support our clinical team by ensuring instruments, operatories, and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, and ready for patient care.
The Sterilization Technician plays a critical role in infection control and clinical efficiency. This non-chairside position focuses exclusively on instrument processing, sterilization, operatory turnover, and inventory support.

Located in Uptown, our established dental practice is home to three experienced dentists specializing in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. What You'll Do
- Clean, disinfect, package, and sterilize dental instruments according to OSHA, CDC, and office protocols and monitor and document sterilization cycles and biological testing
- Maintain organization of sterilization and storage areas
- Set up and stock treatment rooms for clinical procedures and turn over operatories between patients
- Ensure compliance with infection control standards
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of sterilization equipment and dispose of biohazard and sharps waste according to regulations
- Support overall clinical workflow as needed

Preferred
- Previous dental sterilization experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
