What you’ll do Provide chairside support for all types of dental treatment Take X-rays (BWX, PA, Pano) and chart in Open Dental Set up trays, mix materials, and have rooms ready before the doctor walks in Manage sterilization, infection control and fast room turnover Educate patients on post-op and home care, and help them feel cared for Join morning huddle and help the team hit daily goals Help capture clinic photos and reels for our social media Mentor our junior dental assistant What we’re looking for Texas RDA registration (or eligible to obtain) and current CPR/BLS Chairside experience and strong sterilization habits Warm, upbeat personality — you make nervous patients comfortable Dependable, organized, and a real team player Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Open Dental experience is a plus
