Floss & Gloss Dental is looking for a friendly, motivated, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our dental team! We are seeking someone who is passionate about oral health, provides excellent patient care, and enjoys working in a positive, team-oriented dental office. Responsibilities Provide professional dental cleanings and preventive care. Perform periodontal assessments and document clinical findings. Take dental X-rays as needed. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and periodontal health. Assist with identifying and communicating treatment needs to the dentist. Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records. Follow infection control and sterilization protocols. Build strong relationships with patients and help create a comfortable dental experience. Qualifications Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in Texas. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong communication and patient-care skills. Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
