About the Role
Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics is hiring a full-time Traveling General Dentist to support Jefferson Dental locations throughout the San Antonio area. We welcome dentists in Corpus Christi who are interested in relocating to the San Antonio area.
This role combines a consistent five-day schedule with established patient flow, clinical autonomy and the support of experienced clinical and operational teams.
You will provide comprehensive general dentistry across established Jefferson Dental practices based on patient demand and office needs. The role is designed for a dentist who enjoys variety while still wanting dependable patient flow, consistent systems and support at each location.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry at assigned practices
- Diagnose dental conditions and build individualized treatment plans
- Explain treatment options and help patients make informed care decisions
- Partner with local clinical teams to coordinate care
- Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and continuity of care
- Travel between designated practices in Jefferson Dental locations throughout the San Antonio area based on patient and staffing needs
What You'll Bring
Required
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Texas dental license or ability to obtain one
- Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
- Comfort working in a collaborative, high-demand practice environment
- Willingness to work across multiple locations and teams
