About the Role

We are seeking a warm, skilled and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team full-time. In this role, you will provide thorough clinical care, perform periodontal therapies and cleanings, and educate patients on optimal oral hygiene habits.

As a large group practice with a dedicated team of eighteen, we foster a warm, family-like atmosphere where both patients and staff feel valued and cared for. The office is led by four experienced general and cosmetic dentists, along with a skilled oral surgeon, ensuring that we can handle all aspects of dental care under one roof.
We provide comprehensive dental services, including implants, crowns, restorative work, oral surgery, and thorough periodontal cleanings. What You'll Do
- Perform through dental cleanings, scaling, root planing, and periodontal maintenance.
- Conduct detailed periodontal assessments, charting and Velscope oral cancer screenings.
- Capture digital X-rays and intraoral images as needed.
- Use Dentrix software to efficiently document and track patient care and clinical charting.
- Educate patients on customized oral hygiene instructionand home-care routines.
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA, HIPAA and office infection-control standards
What You'll Bring
Required
- Active, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
- Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program.
- CPR/BLS certification current and up to date.
- Strong chairside manner and passion for patient education.
- Proficiency with Dentrix software is highly preferred to hit the ground running.
- At least 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred, though new graduates with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply.
