Dentist Job Posting

Associateship leading to ownership. New grads welcome!!!

We are a private, doctor-owned dental practice nestled in the heart of a desirable south-side suburb of Colorado, seeking an associate dentist who is ready for more than just a job. Our thriving 14-operatory general practice is built on a foundation of comprehensive care, with a special focus on implants and aesthetic dentistry. As a growing practice serving affluent neighborhoods, we are committed to providing high-end clinical services in a modern, well-equipped environment. Our team is dedicated to fostering a collaborative, doctor-led culture where clinical autonomy is respected and valued. We are proud to offer our associate dentists a guaranteed base salary and a full benefits package, including health coverage, retirement benefits, and an annual continuing education stipend to support professional growth. Beyond the immediate rewards, we are committed to a transparent and traditional path to ownership. As two of our senior dentists prepare to step back from full-time practice, a genuine opportunity for buy-in will become available — offering the right candidate a clear trajectory toward partnership and ownership. We are looking for a licensed or license-eligible dentist in Colorado who is passionate about implant and aesthetic dentistry. Whether you are just beginning your career or seeking a more stable and rewarding practice environment, our abundant mentorship and hands-on training will help you refine and expand your clinical skills. Our established patient base and modern facility ensure you’ll have the support and resources to deliver exceptional care from day one. If you value a supportive, clinician-focused environment and are ready to grow within a practice that prioritizes long-term partnership, we welcome you to consider joining our team in beautiful Colorado. New Grads Welcome!
