Focus on dentistry, not chaos. At our Cypress office, the schedule is built ahead of time, the team starts every day with a huddle, and everyone knows the goals and who owns what. That frees you to do what you trained for: diagnose well, treat well, and build real relationships with patients. We're a growing two-office practice with our own in-house dental lab and modern digital tools, including Open Dental. You'll have a trained, steady team behind you, a full schedule, and room to grow your skills and your role with us. Software/Equipment: Open Dental, Dental Intel, in-house dental lab Team style: Highly collaborative. You'll work closely with the other dentists, the owner and the team.
