We are a state-of-the-art private dental practice in Carlsbad Village looking to add a Registered Dental Hygienist to our caring and dedicated team. We are seeking a detail oriented, dependable individual with a positive attitude. We're looking for someone who loves what they do and will provide exceptional care to our patients.
*Must meet the following requirements: *
* Minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist
* In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations (e.g., HIPAA, infection control)
* Outstanding communication skills
* Highly proficient with digital x-rays and intra-oral photos
* Current CPR certification
* Current RDH License
* Eaglesoft (experience a plus)
*Responsibilities to include: *
· Patient screening and monitoring procedures
· Sterilization
· Detailed documentation in patient records
· Provide education about dental health and diet
· Periodontal Scaling & Root Planing
· Applying prophylactic/antibacterial materials and topical fluorides
· Identify dental conditions such as caries or periodontitis
· Follow all guidelines with proper use of PPE
*Schedule: * (Days of the week can be flexible)
· Tuesday 8am – 2pm
· Thursday 7am – 4pm
· Friday 8am – 2pm

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 20 per week
