Our small, privately-owned, spa-like dental practice in the Tega Cay/Fort Mill/Rock Hill, SC area is seeking an energetic, intelligent and dynamic person for our front office team who treats every patient and guest like a VIP and has a passion for dentistry.

This highly visible, front office position includes such responsibilities as:
-Providing exceptional patient service on the phone and in person
-Representing the practice with a high level of professionalism and integrity
-Managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
-Productively scheduling new andamp; current patients
-Presenting treatment plans to patients
-Completing all aspects of financial arrangements with patients
-Verifying insurance benefits
-Being the liaison between patients, doctor, and clinical team
-Assisting with marketing projects
To be successful in this position, qualified candidates will have:
-Minimum 1and#43; years dental office experience in a front office role (required)
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (required)
-Sufficient understanding of dental terminology and procedures
-Sufficient understanding of dental insurance processing
-Alignment with practice’s mission, vision and philosophy of care
-A goal-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
-Proficient computer and math skills
This is a full-time position, Monday through Thursday, that includes such benefits as:
