Job Summary:
As a Dental Hygienist at Conte Dentistry, you will play a key role in maintaining our patients' oral health. You will perform a range of clinical procedures, including cleanings, exams, and patient education. Your expertise will ensure that our patients receive the highest standard of care in a professional and compassionate manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Patient Cleanings: Perform thorough teeth cleanings, including scaling and polishing.
Examine and Assess: Take and interpret X-rays, and assess the condition of patients’ oral health.
Educate Patients: Provide patients with guidance on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Maintain Records: Accurately document patient care, treatments, and observations.
Support the Team: Collaborate with dentists and other staff members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Ensure Safety: Follow infection control procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Handle Equipment: Manage dental instruments and equipment with precision and care.
Qualifications:
Dental Hygiene License: Valid state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
Certification: CPR certification required; dental radiography required; additional certifications are a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in a dental office preferred but not required.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and patient comfort.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Dentrix) is advantageous but not mandatory.
Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Tuesday 7am – 5pm
Wednesday 7am – 12pm

Staff Start Time: 6:30 AM daily
