Dental Hygienist Butler Family DentistryStrongsville, OH 44136

Our growing practice is looking for an additional hygienist. Dr. Butler is the only doctor in the practice and is also the owner (we are not a DSO or corporate owned). The office space is newly built (2019) and has new equipment including digital panoramic and intraoral x-rays, adec chairs with cavitron and prophyflex air-polisher incorporated on the chair, and iTero digital scanner. We are chartless and use Eaglesoft software. We schedule 1 hour for adult recalls, 45 minutes for child recalls, and 1 1/2 hrs for new patients. We see patients of all ages, including children, seniors, and some with physical disabilities. Patient hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8am-5pm, and Wednesday 7am-12pm (we never work weekends!). Our growing general dentistry practice is in need of more help at the front desk. Join a fantastic team with a doctor that is ready to train and support your success. Solo doctor-owner. Work great hours (patients Monday 8-5, Tuesday 8-5, Wednesday 7-12, Thursday 8-5. Three-day weekends every week!). Main job responsibilities to include: reception, scheduling, patient intake, accepting and entering payments, processing insurance claims. The ideal applicant has excellent communication skills, computer skills, is a team player, and is very organized. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and experience in a dental office is preferred. An inexperienced candidate with exceptional skills and ability to learn may be considered. Hourly rate is negotiable, starting at $23+. Paid vacation increasing based on length of employment. Retirement match. Uniform allowance.
