Encanto Dental Group is a locally owned and striving to be the best in our region for our patients and employees. We have three dental offices located in Las Cruces, NM and one each in Deming and Alamogordo, NM. Our company is seeking a motivated and self-driven dentists to join our team in our new location in El Paso, TX. We are also looking to filling positions in some of our other locations.
The Encanto Apprenticeship Program is designed to help newly graduated and seasoned dentist learn new areas of dentistry. The goal of the program is to rapidly advance the skills of new dentists or veteran dentists that would like to acquire specialty skills, in a safe environment. We partner dentist with mentors so they can perform procedures that they would not feel safe performing themselves.
If you are looking for more than just being an associate, there is an opportunity for potential partnerships. We have 6 month, 18 month and 24 month EBIDTA options. We are growing at a rate that is 10-15% over the national average and pride ourselves on being a locally owned and operated business.
Your main job includes but is not limited to performing all duties as expected for routine dental care but not limited to cleaning, examinations, extractions, fillings some restorative work and uncomplicated root canals.
Performing exams and evaluating x-rays to determine a patient’s oral health
Developing patient treatment plans to address their dental health needs
Repairing or removing damaged teeth
Filling cavities
Administering or prescribing medications to decrease pain as needed
Interacting with patients and instructing them on proper oral care
Measuring and fitting dental appliances
Referring patients to a specialist if needed
Las Cruces and El Paso, as well as Deming and Alamogordo are great places to raise a family. We have historical places to visit including White Sands National Park, NASA Space Port, great golfing venues, awesome hiking trails, hunting andamp; fishing, waterfalls, Ruidoso Skiing, Minor League Baseball and universities close by and more making it a great place to live.
About Our Practice:
Encanto Dental Group is opening a new location in El Paso Texas. We are looking for motivated and self driven dentists to become part of Encanto family and help lead our new dental office. The office will be a 8-Operatory clinic looking for a full or part time Dentist to complete our staff. The ideal candidate will have great skills and interactions with patients and our staff. We look to offer an array of services: Same Day Crowns, Endodontics, Periodontics, Implants, and Pediatric Services. Our office offers patient access to cutting edge technology including Glidewell Fastmill Crowns, Digital Radiography and Paperless Charts.
We offer great pay based on experience…
Our doctors make a minimum of $800 per day or more with percentage of their daily production.
