Overview
Osage Dental Group has an opening for a Front Office Assistant in Pacific, Missouri. We provide a working environment like no other dental office you have ever seen! Responsibilities
•Greet and check in patients in a friendly manner•Maintain a full schedule of patients daily•Assist patients with understanding and accepting their clinical diagnosis•Calculate fees for dental treatment•Coordinate financial agreements for the patients financial responsibility of dental treatment•Responding to patient billing or financial inquiries, directing to appropriate departments, as necessary.•Support the front desk staff members by fulfilling patient care responsibilities•Check and respond to voicemails and emails left for the office•Assist with other office duties as requested or needed
Qualifications
•Prior dental front office experience is preferred •Versed in Eaglesoft is preferred•Highly effective verbal and communication skills•Excellent customer service skills•Professionalism in all aspects of job•Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills•Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

Overview
We are a fast-paced, young and disruptive company working hard to make our doctor’s vision come to life. The Regional Manager is primarily responsibile for providing strategic oversight and mentorship to managers, while being directly responsible for the operational and financial success of multiple dental practices across an assigned territory. The RM serves operating owner(s) by holding direct reports accountable to day to day practice operations that meet immediate needs while positioning the practice for growth. The RM is skilled and experienced at creating annual budgets, strategic planning, project management, talent calibration, growth and development plans, financial statement analysis, verbal and written communication, and modeling professional, ethical and the highest standard of behavior.
Responsibilities
•Model outstanding service to clients including superior written, verbal, and other communication skills. Identify team member strengths and areas of opportunity as it relates to leadership and management skills. Train, coach, and mentor team members to optimal service excellence.•Interview, hire, and retain top tier talent in a partnership with human resources to ensure staffing needs are met, turnover is controlled and decreasing year over year, and team members grow throughout the organization.•On-board all team members to seamlessly integrate into the dynamic business environment while continuing to meet the business needs.•Train operations team members to perform duties in a timely and accurate manner while auditing work to confirm quality and provide additional training as needed.•Hold team members accountable to published and clearly defined goals related to business and/or growth and development plans.•Partner with operating owners and MB2 executive leadership to make operational decisions to benefit the dental practice. Understand, analyze, and action plan key performance metrics to successfully lead and grow the multi-unit business within an assigned territory•Review operating performance results and take immediate steps to implement course corrective activity as needed, while creating and executing long term strategic plans.•Partner with dedicated MB2 Dental Solutions corporate departments and executive team members to design sustainable and scalable programs•Be strategic. Understand operational areas of opportunity, create action plans, and execute plans to grow and enhance the business.•Organize all projects, initiatives, and program via project charters; share updates at regular and timely meetings while tailoring message to specific audiences•Thoroughly understand key performance indicators and drivers that affect key metrics•Thoroughly understand benchmarks and standards for key business indicators and when out of line, course correct for immediate correction and sustained performance•Assess practice needs and strategically plan to make improvements•Keep up to date on industry trends, related current events and best practices•Hold team members accountable to annual training requirements, performance reviews and other company requirements•Provide thoughtful, documented, timely and helpful feedback to direct reports focusing on solutions, continuous improvement and positivity
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in business development or related field required•4+ years in the dental field required•Eight years of upper-level management experience; healthcare field preferred•Dental office management experience preferred•Detail oriented with great organizational skills•Skilled in delegation and remote management•Excellent communication skills, and ability to communicate clearly with all levels of the organization required
