We are located in the historic district of Bellows Falls, VT in a beautiful Victorian home. We have two dentist with five opertories practicing a wide range of dentistry including orthodontics and implants. Preventive philosophy and good communication skills required.*Responsibilities*
* Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Provide dental treatment while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
* Utilize dental software for documentation and scheduling.
* Collaborate with the dental team to deliver high-quality patient care and support.
* Maintain a sterile environment by adhering to aseptic techniques and safety protocols.
*Qualifications*
* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members
* Knowledge of dental terminology and medical records management
* Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and aseptic techniques
* Ability to perform patient assessments and document findings accurately

Pay: $50.00 - $56.00 per hour

We are looking for a licensed and accredited Dental Hygienist to provide comprehensive dental hygiene care to our patients in a safe and pleasant environment. The professional will also have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be comfortable working with other dental professionals in our dental office.
Responsibilities:
* Sanitize and prepare dental instruments.

* Maintain patient records.
* Be physically able to stand and bend for long periods of time.

*Duties*
* Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients in both general and pediatric dentistry settings.
* Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure a safe and sterile environment during procedures.
* Assess patient oral health by taking vital signs and documenting medical histories.
* Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
* Collaborate with dentists to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with dental office protocols.
* Assist in four-handed dentistry, supporting the dentist during procedures to enhance efficiency.
* Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.
*Requirements*
* Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice.
* Experience working in a dental office or clinic is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, dental terminology, and general dentistry practices.
* Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to treatment.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
* Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus but not required.
* Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients about their oral health.
