We are committed to constantly improving our services and offerings to meet the evolving needs of our valued customers. We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you regarding significant changes and enhancements to our platform that will launch in a few weeks.

WHAT’S NEW

  • Updated & Simplified Job Posting Options: We understand the importance of streamlining the job posting process. With our new updates, you will find we simplified job posting options to three core offerings - a Premium Job Subscription, Premium Single Job Post & Basic Job Post:

    • New! Premium Job Slot Subscription: Our most flexible hiring solution lets you keep your job posted until it’s filled. With our new Premium Job Slot Subscription, you can secure a set number of job slots for your practice, allowing you to post jobs whenever you need them, both permanent or temp positions, and for as long as your hiring process requires. This subscription provides a convenient way to maintain an active presence on our platform and the ability to cancel at any time. The new Premium Job Slot Subscriptions will include all the benefits dental practices love most, including: unlimited applications, candidate photos & DentalPost’s proprietary candidate matching technology to help hiring managers find the best fit for the role.

    • Premium Single Job: The 30-day Premium Single Job Post is the perfect option when you need a fixed-term hiring solution with all the benefits of DentalPost’s popular Premium Job Post. The Premium Single Job post will includes all the benefits you are used to from a Premium Single Job. Single job posts will be live for 30 days, and can be used for either permanent or temp positions, and features including unlimited applications, candidate photos & DentalPost’s proprietary candidate matching technology.

    • Basic Single Job: The 30-day Basic Single Job Post is also available for a fixed-term hiring solution for permanent and temp jobs with all the same features you are used to. With this posting, you will have unlimited applications and in-app messaging without the ability to see candidate photos or upgrade the posting.

  • Addition of “Invite to Apply”: In response to valuable feedback from our community, we are adding a more proactive and efficient "Invite to Apply" approach. While every job post will still come with unlimited applications, if you need to proactively recruit, this change will empower you to target candidates, and once sending a custom message and invitations are accepted, allows for open communication. If you are used to buying resume searches, you will still be able to search resumes as you have in the past once you have posted your job and purchased invitations. For job seekers, this means receiving more relevant and tailored opportunities and keeping their contact information private until ready to share, resulting in a more satisfying job search experience. 

  • Improved Payment Process - Buy Now, Post When Ready: We understand that time is of the essence when it comes to hiring. That’s why we’re introducing a simpler payment process. With our "Buy Now, Post When Ready", you can purchase your job posting before you are ready to publish your job. Once you are ready to post, you can simply publish your job description & publish on your time. 

  • A La Carte Upgrades: As part of our commitment to offering more flexible solutions, we're introducing a la carte features to give you the ability to upgrade your job postings. Want to proactively target more candidates? You can add-on Invitations to Apply! Want to cast a wider net? You can reach more candidates with a  Nationwide Job upgrade! Following a job post purchase, you will have the option to also purchase Invitations to Apply or boost your Job Post Nationwide. Note: a la carte upgrades are not available on Basic Single Job Posts.
