This individual performs all front office duties to include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, compiling dental health records, and preparing correspondence. The goal of the Business Assistant is to ensure seamless processing of patients, maintaining appointment books, ensuring accurate treatment and billing records, and delivering top quality customer service and support for both patients and staff.
