Our Endodontic Speciality Practice is in search of a Patient Care Coordinator who is bright, motivated, and talented. As the Patient Care Coordinator you will be the main point of contact for patients along with working directly with the dental assistants to ensure proper patient flow. It is necessary for the ideal candidate to be comfortable communicating with patients, other dental offices, and speaking with dental insurance companies. Other roles involve welcoming patients, acquainting them with the office, organizing treatment services/finances, and cultivating patient rapport. The Patient Care Coordinator should have strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and have experience with dental insurance plans.
