Front office opportunity for a busy dental office. Schedule: Monday to Friday, no Saturday Ideal candidate requirements - Fluent in Spanish, at least speaking knowledge - Dental Experience 2+ years at Front Desk - Experience working with EagleSoft - Knowledgeable with dental insurance as well as submitting claims - Experience working/coordinating patients needing IV Sedation, Oral Sedation and Nitrous Oxide - Knowledgeable with dental terminology, dental procedures and CDT codes - Knowledge PPO/Insurance frequency guidelines - Knowledge of insurance verification Job responsibilities: - Follow up on insurance claims and work on denied claims - Understanding of dental implants, crowns and bridges and combination treatment plans - Ability to discuss treatment plans and procedures with patients - Follow up with the patient regarding their treatment plans and get the patients scheduled - Follow up calls for patient after treatment - Manage daily schedule with other team members to maintain patient flow to meet office goals - Work with doctors to give the best treatment options for our patients with various financial options - Answer phones, schedule appointments, basic treatment planning and other front desk duties to support your coworkers
