We are a private 2 office Orthodontic practice in the Spring/Magnolia areas. Immediate opportunity for a highly motivated front office/insurance coordinator. We are looking for a team player who is an organized, self starter with the ability to learn new skills and who can multitask. An ideal candidate would be someone with some orthodontic knowledge, experience in insurance, scheduling and collecting payments. This individual must be punctual, dependable, enjoy working in a team environment and love greeting our patients. Job description/duties: Greet/check in patients. Patient checkout. File insurance claims. Collect payments. Help teammates close the office at the end of the day and prepare for the next day. Must be able to travel among two locations.
