Restorative Treatment Coordinator We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join our already amazing team. Dental Experience is necessary (2 or more Years) and Dentrix Knowledge. Parker Nickolas Read Dental is located in the Memorial Area 9099 Katy Frwy and Campbell Rd. Ste.180. Qualities we are looking for include a dependable, pleasant, personable, and phone confident voice, organized multi- tasker, with a smiling face. Candidate must have a positive and can-do attitude. Job responsibilities may include: -Checking Out Patients -Scheduling appointments/Confirming appointments -Coordinating with dental professionals and assist in managing patient flow throughout the office -Managing patient records and updating information accurately in our software -Collections, Unscheduled treatment, Recalls, Continuing Care, A/R -Treatment planning, Financial Coordinator -Managing office emails -Claim/Claim Status **Must know Dentrix software. **Do not apply if you are looking for a management position.
