LOOKING FOR A FULL TIME OFFICE MANAGER Our office, located in Baytown, TX is looking to hire an Office Manager. Candidate must have experience in treatment planning, billing, collections, A/R, keeping a productive schedule for all doctors, and managing staff. Our office services patients of all ages with Pediatric and General dentists at our location. Training will be available to new potential managers to help their growth! *Must be able to accurately explain treatment plans and financial discussions with all patients *Must have a positive attitude and allow for a great work environment for all staff. *Must be presentable at all times and greet all patients and provide great customer service. *Be a team player and be able to multi-task and complete all tasks assigned on schedule. *Must have PPO, Medicaid, and CHIP experience and knowledge *** Training will be available to candidate if needed Open Dental software knowledge preferred but not required We offer a full benefits package with Medical, Dental, 401k, paid holidays, PTO and much more Some job functions include but are not limited to: insurance verifications, checking patients in/out, treatment planning, bill out claims, posting insurance checks, working on unpaid claims and A/R, work on recall lists, rosters, and missed appointments list, and managing front desk and clinical staff. Office hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm with one to two Sat per month 9am-1pm Hourly Rate based on experience: $19-$25/hour
