Description

An opening for a Front Desk/receptionist and/or Registered Dental Assistant in our Conroe Office Dentique Smiles is a high-quality family and cosmetic dentistry private office . We offer a friendly work environment with excellent compensation and incentives. In return, we are looking for a candidate who will grow with the practice and become a long-term member of our staff. Front Desk Responsibilities • Verify insurance and breakdowns for all new patients. • Maintain a full daily schedule of patients. • Support clinical staff. • Perform administrative duties such as checking patients in and out and coordinating payments. • Responsible for the appearance of the reception area, front desk, lobby and restrooms. • Actively participate in huddles and staff meetings with a positive attitude. • Actively participate in marketing campaigns according to protocol. • Experienced in a professional environment with direct patient contact. Front Desk Required Qualifications: • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent RDA Responsibilities: • Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures • Verify patient health history (basic health review, medications, allergies) and appropriately document in patient charts • Assist with all dental procedures and patient charting • Perform digital x-rays • Perform infection control and instrument sterilization according to dental policies and procedures • Perform weekly biologic monitoring and equipment maintenance • Track incoming and outgoing lab cases • Maintain a clean and safe working environment • Follow office safety policies and procedures • Assist in scheduling patients, follow up visits RDA Required Qualifications: • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent • Current or in process Texas Dental Assisting license with the State of Texas Please submit your resume to [sign in to DentalPost to see current contact info] All applicants will be taken into consideration.
