We are looking for an experienced RDA that is easily coachable, energetic, organized, dependable, takes initiative and has a solid work ethic. The right candidate will be a team player and help wherever needed. Front desk experience is wanted, as this is a floater position. Assistant Requirements: -Licensure and Certifications: RDA, CPR, Nitrous Oxide Monitoring, Juris Prudence as mandated by the state. -At least 3 Years of dental experience (pay will be based on experience) -Prepare patients for treatment; ensuring their comfort and understanding of treatment -Take digital x-rays, photos and scan with iTero scanner (will train) -Select and set up instruments, equipment and materials needed -Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry -Undertake lab tasks, as instructed: pour models, make whitening trays and night guards -Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions -Keep the dental room and sterilization clean and well-stocked -Maintain accurate patient records -Help others as needed The right candidate will also have front desk experience and be willing to float between the two positions. Requirements: -Professionally handling patient phone calls -Schedule management (help in back, as needed) -Hygiene recare* -Greeting patients and updating their information -Insurance verification and explanation of benefits to patients (we do not participate with any insurance companies) Hourly pay is based on experience.
